Statement:It is with a great deal of regret that The Free Spay and Neuter Program, Inc., a non-profit (501[c3] corporation) has been terminated by a unanimous vote of the board of directors on November 11, 2008.
All required documents have been
or are in the process of execution. All remaining funds will be transferred to
the Humane Society of Southern New Mexico, a non-profit organization dedicated
to saving the lives of animals here in Southern New Mexico. |
